摘 要:本文针对现在部分降黏剂耐盐性差的问题,自主研发了耐盐稠油降黏剂。通过降黏率和沉降脱水率两种指标进行筛选后,进行降黏剂的耐温耐盐、稳定性等性能评价实验,并对驱油效果进行室内试验模拟,得出0.7%浓度的YXJ-509型降黏剂在50℃时,油水比范围在3∶7以下时,降黏率达95%以上,地层水矿化度在20000mg·L^(-1)时的降黏率在90%以上。有利于实现更好的稠油降黏效果,提高降黏剂在高温、高盐的油藏条件的应用潜力,并且为开发出耐温耐盐、成本低廉、降黏效果好的降黏剂具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the problem of poor salt resistance of some viscosity reducers,this paper independently developed four kinds of salt resistant heavy oil viscosity reducers.After screening the viscosity reduction rate and sedimentation dehydration rate,the temperature resistance,salt resistance and stability of viscosity reducers were e-valuated,and the oil displacement effect was simulated in the laboratory.It was concluded that the viscosity reduction rate of YXJ-509 viscosity reducer with 0.7%concentration was more than 95%when the oil-water ratio was below 3∶7 at 50℃,When the salinity of formation water is 20000mg·L^(-1),the viscosity reduction rate is more than90%.It is conducive to achieving better viscosity reduction effect of heavy oil and improving the application potential of viscosity reducer in high temperature and high salt reservoir conditions,and it has certain guiding significance for developing viscosity reducer with temperature resistance,salt resistance,low cost and good viscosity reduction effect.
