摘　　要：近年宠物食品安全与宠物营养健康是养宠人群关注的热点,功能性添加剂可提高宠物食品的安全性,有利于宠物的健康。文章主要阐述功能性添加剂的概念和意义,以及生物酶解产物、植物提取物、中药复方、微生态制剂、复合酶制剂及其他化合物等功能性保健成分作为添加剂在宠物食品中的研究应用,以期为宠物食品行业发展提供新思路。In recent years,pet food safety,pet nutrition and health have become the focus of pet owners.Functional additives can improve the safety of pet food and benefit the health of pets.The concept and significance of functional additives,as well as the research and application of functional healthy ingredients as additives in pet food,such as biological enzymatic hydrolysis products,plant extracts,traditional Chinese medicine compounds,microecological preparations,compound enzyme preparations and other compounds were expounded,in order to provide new ideas for the development of pet food and drug industry.
