摘 要:为了解藻类活性细胞生物肥对苜蓿草产量及质量的影响,试验选择总面积为425亩(1亩≈667m^(2))的苜蓿草基地(圆形),其中试验区为126亩,对照区为299亩,于2021年4月20日在试验区按3000mL·亩^(-1)的量施用藻类活性细胞生物肥一次,于2021年6月5日分别从试验区和对照区中心部位各采集10个样区(1m×1m),测定苜蓿鲜草产量,并在每个样区随机取500g样品,实验室阴干,茎叶分离并分别粉碎过1mm网筛,检测相关养分指标,同时每个样区随机取12棵苜蓿,测定其分枝数、株高、茎径以及叶片、茎秆重和叶茎比,于6月10日测定苜蓿干草产量。结果显示:施藻类活性细胞生物肥以后,鲜草产量提高15.71%,差异极显著(P<0.01),干草产量提高17.76%。苜蓿草全株粗蛋白(CP)含量显著增加(P<0.05),茎秆中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量极显著提高(P<0.01),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),干物质(DM)和粗灰分(Ash)含量略有增加,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);叶片、茎秆以及苜蓿草全株干物质采食量(DMI)、可消化干物质采食量(DDM)以及相对饲喂价值(RFV)的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。苜蓿草生长相关指标,除了茎秆重显著(P<0.05)高于对照区外,其余均极显著(P<0.01)高于对照区相应指标。另外,试验区苜蓿草茎叶比明显低于对照区。说明藻类活性细胞生物肥可提高苜蓿草CP含量,对其生长指标具有明显积极影响,但对其相对饲喂价值的影响仍有待进一步探讨。In order to understand the effects of algae active cell biofertilizer on the yield and quality of alfalfa grass,a round alfalfa grass base with a total area of 425 mu(1 mu≈667 m^(2))was selected,including 126 mu in the experimental area and 299 mu in the control area.On April 20th,2021,algae-active cell biofertilizer was applied at a rate of 3000 mL·mu^(-1)in the experimental area.On June 5th,2021,a total of 10 sample areas(1 m×1 m)were collected from the center of the experimental and the control areas,respectively,and the yield of fresh alfalfa was measured.In each sample area,500 g samples were randomly taken,dried in the shade in the laboratory,and the stems and leaves were separated and respectively crushed through a 1 mm mesh screen,and the related nutrient indexes were detected.At the same time,12 alfalfa samples were randomly taken from each sample area,and their branch number,plant height,stem diameter,leaf,stem weight and leaf were measured.The results showed that the fresh grass yield increased by 15.71%(P<0.01)and the hay yield increased by 17.76%.The crude protein(CP)content of alfalfa grass increased significantly(P<0.05),the neutral washing fiber(NDF)content of the stalk increased significantly(P<0.01),the acid washing fiber(ADF)content did not show significant difference(P>0.05),the dry matter(DM)and the crude ash(Ash)content increased slightly,but the differences were all the same(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the random feed intake(DMI),digestible dry matter intake(DDM)and relative feeding value(RFV)of leaves,stems and alfalfa(P>0.05).All the indexes related to alfalfa grass growth,except the stalk weight(P<0.05),were significantly higher than those in the control area(P<0.01).In addition,the stem-leaf ratio of alfalfa grass in the experimental area was significantly lower than that in the control area.It showed that algae-active cell biofertilizer could increase the CP content of alfalfa grass,and it had obvious beneficial influence on its growth index,but its influence o
