摘  要:煤泥分选是影响精煤产率提高的主要瓶颈。华阳二矿选煤厂针对浮选环节中高灰细泥含量高、精煤产量低等问题,设计了新型射流浮选柱,并通过工艺试验,确定了新型射流浮选柱的最佳工艺参数。实践结果表明,新型射流浮选柱运行效果稳定,煤泥的分选效果好,浮选精煤灰分达标,有效解决细粒煤浮选灰分高、产率低的技术难题,体现出显著社会与经济效益。Slime separation is the main bottleneck affecting the improvement of clean coal yield.The coal preparation plant of Huayang No.2 Coal Mine has designed a new type of jet flotation column to solve the problems of high ash and fine mud content and low clean coal output in the flotation process,and determined the best process parameters of the new type of jet flotation column through process tests.The practice results show that the operation effect of the new jet flotation column is stable,the separation effect of coal slime is good,the ash content of flotation clean coal meets the standard,and the technical problems of high ash content and low yield of fine coal flotation are effectively solved,reflecting significant social and economic benefits.
