摘 要:目的分析臂丛神经股部损伤患者的病因、症状,总结臂丛神经股部损伤神经电生理表现。方法自2018年8月至2021年7月于我院诊治臂丛神经股部损伤患者12例,回顾性分析其患侧损伤病因、症状、神经电生理结果。结果12例患者中,2例诊断为上干前股损伤,3例为上干后股损伤,3例为上干前股合并肩胛上神经损伤,1例为上干后股合并肩胛上神经损伤,1例为下干后股完全合并下干前股、中干部分损伤,1例为上干前、后股合并中干部分损伤,1例为上干前股合并下干后股损伤。结论结合临床表现、病因等,神经电生理结果可帮助临床诊断臂丛神经股部损伤。Objective To analyze the causes and symptoms of the division of branchial plexus injury,and summarize the electrophysiological manifestations of the division of branchial plexus injury.Methods F rom August 2018 to July 2021,12 patients with the division of branchial plexus injury who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for the etiology,symptoms and electrophysiological results of the injured side.Results Among the 12 cases,2 cases were diagnosed as the injury in anterior division of the upper trunk,3 cases as the injury in posterior division of the upper trunk,3 cases as the injury in anterior division of the upper trunk combined with suprascapular nerve,1 case as the injury in posterior division of the upper trunk combined with suprascapular nerve,1 case as the injury in posterior division of the lower trunk combined with partial anterior division of the lower trunk and middle trunk,1 case as the injury in anterior and posterior division of the upper trunk combined with partial middle trunk,and 1 case as the injury in anterior division of the upper trunk combined within posterior division of the lower trunk.Conclusion Combined with clinical manifestations and etiology,the results of neuro-electrophysiology can help to diagnose brachial plexus injury.
