摘  要:快速开关型故障限流器是有效限制短路电流的方案之一。该研究提出一种适用于500 kV故障限流器的多断口串联罐式快速开关,该开关采用气体绝缘金属封闭式结构,断口采用真空绝缘形式。操作机构采用电磁斥力机构,开展三维有限元仿真优化有效提升斥力机构的出力效率,平均分闸速度>5m/s。对地绝缘方面,开展了断口绝缘屏蔽结构的电场仿真优化机绝缘试验,结构优化后场强最大为18k V/mm。端间绝缘方面,开展了整机的杂散电容仿真、均压效果仿真与试验验证,通过配置均压电容不均压系数限制在1.24以下。最后搭建整机样机,进行了短路开断试验,试验结果表明:罐式快速开关具备快速开断50 kA电流的能力,全开断时间小于15 ms。Fast switching fault current limiter is one of the effective schemes to limit short-circuit currents.In this study,a multi-fracture series tank-type fast switch suitable for 500 k V fault current limiter is proposed,in which gas insulated metal enclosed structure and vacuum insulated fracture are adopted.The operating mechanism adopts electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,three-dimensional finite element simulation and optimization are performed to effectively improve the output efficiency of repulsion mechanism,and the average opening speed is greater than 5 m/s.In terms of ground insulation,the insulation tests for electric field simulation optimization machine of fracture insulation shielding structure are carried out,and the maximum field strength after structural optimization is 18 kV/mm.In terms of inter terminal insulation,the stray capacitance simulation,equal-voltage effect simulation and test verification of the whole machine are carried out.By configuring the voltage equalizing capacitor,the non-equal-voltage coefficient is limited to less than 1.24.Finally,the prototype of the whole machine is built and the short-circuit breaking test is carried out.The test results show that the tank-type fast switch has the ability to quickly break 50 kA current,and the total breaking time is less than 15 ms.
