摘 要:建立了适用于地表水、地下水和湖库水中痕量总磷的连续-动流注射分析方法,并对环境标准中的流动注射分析仪装置、管路和试剂进行优化,结果表明:总磷的浓度在0.000~0.500 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,相关系数r=1.0000,检出限为0.0013 mg/L,测定下限为0.0052 mg/L,样品回收率84.4%~106.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~5.4%。此方法能够快速、高效地分析地表水、地下水和湖库水中的痕量总磷。A continuous-flow injection analysis method for the determination of trace total phosphorus in surface water,groundwater and lake water was established,and the pipeline and reagents of the flow injection device in the national standard were optimized.The results showed that the concentration of total phosphorus was linear with the absorbance in the range of 0.001~0.500mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was r=1.0000.The detection limit was 0.0012 mg/L,and the detection limit was 0.0048 mg/L.The recovery rate of samples was 84.4%~106.2%,and the RSD was 1.5%~5.4%.This method can rapidly and efficiently analyze trace total phosphorus in surface water,groundwater and lake water.
