摘 要:试验旨在研究过瘤胃赖氨酸(RP-Lys)和蛋氨酸(RP-Met)对贵州关岭育肥牛生产性能及营养物质表观消化率的影响。选择24头(20±2)月龄、体重(220±25) kg的贵州关岭育肥公牛,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头牛。A组为基础低氮日粮(对照组);B组在基础日粮上添加0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys,C组在基础日粮中添加0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Met,D组在基础日粮中添加0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys+0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Met。预试期14 d,正式验期120 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,低氮日粮中添加过瘤胃赖氨酸和蛋氨酸能够提高肉牛全期平均日增重,明显降低料重比,降低粪便中氮的排泄量,提高日粮中粗蛋白的表观消化率。研究表明,在育肥牛日粮中添加0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys+0.15 g/W^(0.75)RP-Met比例的过瘤胃氨基酸对其生产性能效果较好。The experiment was to investigate the effect of rumen RP-Lys and RP-Met on production performance and apparent digestibility of nutrients of finishing cattle in Guanling,Guizhou Province.Twenty-four Guizhou Guanling fattening bulls(20±2)-month-old with body weight of(220±25) kg were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group,and one bull in each replicate.Group A was the low nitrogen diet control group.Beef cattle in group B were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys and group C was fed with 0.15 g/W^(0.75)RP-Met.Group D was supplemented with 0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys + 0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Met in basal diet.The pre-test lasted for 14 d and the formal test lasted for 120 d.The results showed that compared with control group,low-nitrogen diet supplemented with rumen lysine and methionine could increase the average daily gain,significantly reduce the feed to gain ratio,reduce nitrogen excretion,and improve the apparent digestibility of crude protein in diet.The experiment indicates that the supplementation of 0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Lys + 0.15 g/W^(0.75) RP-Met in diet of finishing cattle can achieve better production performance.
