牛至香酚和枯草芽孢杆菌对北极狐母狐繁殖性能及腹泻的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探讨牛至香酚和枯草芽孢杆菌组合对北极狐母狐繁殖性能及腹泻的影响。选择健康、精神状态良好的北极狐母狐75只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只。对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加牛至香酚和枯草芽孢杆菌200 mg/kg+150 mg/kg、200 mg/kg+300 mg/kg、400 mg/kg+150 mg/kg、400 mg/kg+300 mg/kg。试验期185 d。结果表明,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅲ、试验组Ⅳ母狐全群开始发情时间比对照组短20 d;试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅳ母狐配种时间比对照组短20 d;试验组Ⅰ母狐的平均窝产活仔数、平均初生窝重分别比对照组高14.84%、13.31%(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ母狐的腹泻率、腹泻频率、腹泻指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在北极狐母狐日粮中添加牛至香酚和枯草芽孢杆菌,可以缩短发情配种时间,提高受配率和受胎率,增加产仔数,改善初生体重和初生体重均匀度,降低流产率,减少腹泻,牛至香酚和枯草芽孢杆菌组合添加量为200 mg/kg+150 mg/kg时效果较好。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the combination of oregano and Bacillus subtilis on treproductive performance and diarrhea of female Arctic foxes.Seventy-five female Arctic foxes in good mental state were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and five foxes in each replicate.The foxes in control group were fed with basal diet,and the foxes in experimental groups were fed with basic supplentment with 200 mg/kg + 150 mg/kg,200 mg/kg + 300 mg/kg,400 mg/kg + 150 mg/kg,400 mg/kg + 300 mg/kg oregano carvacrol and Bacillus subtilis,respectively.The experiment lasted for 185 d.The results showed that the estrus onset time of experimental group Ⅰ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was 20 d shorter than that of control group.The mating time of experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ was 20 d shorter than that of control group.The average litter size and average litter weight of experimental group Ⅰ were 14.84% and 13.31% higher than those of control group,respectively(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate,frequency and index of foxes in experimental group Ⅰ were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding oregano and Bacillus subtilis to diet of female Arctic foxes can shorten the mating time of estrus,increase the mating rate and conception rate,increase litter size,improve birth weight and birth weight uniformity,reduce abortion rate and reduce diarrhea,when the combined supplemental level of oregano and Bacillus subtilis is 200 mg/kg + 150 mg/kg,the effect is better.
