摘  要:试验旨在研究不同添加量艾蒿粉对象草青贮发酵品质的影响。试验共分为5组,分别在象草中添加0(CK组)、0.1%(T1组)、0.5%(T2组)、1.0%(T3组)和5.0%(T4组)艾蒿粉,每组3个重复,置于暗处青贮60 d。结果显示,T2组、T3组和T4组青贮象草的干物质含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。T1组、T2组、T3组和T4组青贮象草的氨态氮(NH3-N)含量具有降低趋势。T1组、T2组和T4组青贮象草的丙酸含量低于CK组(P<0.05),T1组青贮象草的丁酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。根据V-Score评分法得出青贮饲料质量顺序为:T4组>T2组>T3组>T1组>CK组。研究表明,添加5%艾蒿粉有利于改善象草的青贮发酵品质。The experiment was to study the effect of different dosages of Pennisetum Purpureum on fermentation quality of silage. The experiment was divided into five groups. 0(CK group), 0.1%(T1 group), 0.5%(T2 group), 1.0%(T3 group)and 5.0%(T4 group) mugwort powder were added to elephant grass, and mixed well with three replicates in each group.Silage was kept in dark for 60 d. The results showed that the dry matter content of silage elephant grass in group T2, group T3 and group T4 was significantly higher than that in CK group(P<0.05). The NH3-N content of silage elephant grass in group T1, group T2, group T3 and group T4 had a decreasing trend. The propionic acid content of silage elephant grass in group T1, group T2 and group T4 was lower than that in group CK(P<0.05), and the butyric acid content of silage elephant grass in group T1 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05). According to the V-Score method,the silage quality order was as follows: T4 group > T2 group > T3 group > T1 group > CK group. The study indicates that adding 5% mugwort powder is beneficial to improve the silage fermentation quality of elephant grass.
