摘  要:随着我国畜禽养殖业更加规模化、集约化的发展和壮大,畜禽养殖场环境对畜禽的成活率和生产性能产生重大影响。畜舍内有害气体过量可造成畜禽中毒,严重时甚至导致其死亡,进而降低养殖户的经济效益。植物提取物作为绿色、环保、用量小、不易产生耐药性等特性的饲料添加剂,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化等生理功效,还具有降低动物畜舍内主要有害气体的潜力。文章综述日粮添加植物提取物对动物氨气、硫化氢和甲烷等有害气体排放的调控作用,为植物提取物在动物生产中的应用提供参考。With the development and expansion of Chinese livestock and poultry breeding industry on a larger scale and intensification,the environment of livestock and poultry farms has a significant impact on survival rate and production performance of livestock and poultry.Excessive harmful gases in livestock houses can cause livestock and poultry poisoning,and even lead to their death in severe cases,thereby reducing the economic benefits of farmers.As a feed additive with green,environmentally friendly,low dosage and less resistant to chemical resistance,plant extracts not only have physiological effects such as bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant,but also have the potential to reduce the main harmful gases in animal houses.The paper reviews the regulatory effect of plant extracts on emission of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and methane in animals,to provide a reference for application of plant extracts in animal production.
