摘  要:介绍了一种粉尘负压输送系统,用于对铸造厂砂处理生产线除尘系统收集的粉尘再处理,解决了除尘器里粉尘的处理问题,避免被风传播而散发到空气中,造成环境污染,危害人体健康。采用高压风机和过滤器组合将各个除尘器中的灰尘集中收集、存储,再利用搅拌机增湿造粒,造粒后的粉尘方便运输及再处理。这种粉尘负压输送系统,具有依靠管路连接、对空间要求低、安装方便、配置灵活、加水造粒、环保、方便运输等优点。A dust negative pressure conveying system has been introduced,which is used to re-treat the dust collected by the dust removal system of the sand treatment production line in the foundry,to solve the problem of dust treatment in the dust collector,and to avoid being spread by the wind into the air,causing air environmental pollution and endangering human health.The high-pressure fan and filter combination has been used to collect and store the dust in each dust collector in a centralized manner,and then the mixer has been used to humidify and granulate the dust.The granulated dust is convenient for transportation and re-treatment.This dust negative pressure conveying system has the advantages of relying on pipeline connection,low space requirements,convenient installation,flexible configuration,water granulation,environmental protection and convenient transportation.
