摘　　要：微铸锻穿孔机轧辊是一种复合轧辊,在增材制造过程中采用一种复合方式,把堆焊工艺与锻造工艺实现完全耦合。实施微铸锻产品具有变形小、应力小、晶粒细化、强度高、韧性高、耐磨性好等特点,较锻钢产品单次过钢量提升了50%,磨损量下降了50%。The roll of micro-casting&forging piercing machine is a kind of composite roll.In the process of additive manufacturing,a composite method has been adopted to realize the complete coupling between the surfacing process and the forging process.The micro-casting&forging products have the characteristics of small deformation,small stress,fine grain,high strength,high toughness,and good wear resistance.By comparing with the forged steel products,the single-pass steel amount has been increased by 50%,while the wear amount has been decreased by 50%.
