摘  要:主要介绍了大型高合金铸钢件(双相不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢、奥氏体不锈钢、耐热不锈钢、镍基材料等)生产余料的分类、回收管理制度及回炉料的合理利用。根据高合金铸钢件材质种类和合金元素的含量,以高合金铸钢件中的关键元素为参考,优化实际分类存储方式。根据冶炼钢水的材质和合金元素的含量,策划最优化的高合金回炉料加入的方式和重量。采用合理的冶炼工艺,提高高合金返回料合金元素的回收利用率。通过这些回收利用方法,降低公司的库存资金,有效地节省生产成本。避免因返回料加入错误造成冶炼铸件化学成分超标进而导致报废。The classification,recovery management system and reasonable utilization of the production surplus for large-scale high alloy steel castings(duplex stainless steel,martensitic stainless steel,austenitic stainless steel,heat-resistant stainless steel,nickel-based materials,etc.)have been mainly introduced in the text.According to the material type and alloy element content of high alloy steel castings,the key elements in high alloy steel castings have been taken as reference to optimize the actual classified storage mode.According to the material of molten steel and the content of alloying elements,the optimal way and weight of adding high alloy return charge have been planned.The reasonable smelting process has been adopted to improve the recovery and utilization rate of alloy elements in high alloy return materials.Through these recycling methods,the company's inventory capital and the production cost can be reduced,which can avoid scrap of smelting castings due to excessive chemical composition caused by incorrect addition of returned materials.
