摘 要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”大背景下,工业领域要推进绿色制造,金属注射成型作为近净成形技术而倍受关注。介绍了金属注射成型技术的工艺过程,对比传统的切削加工、挤压、精密铸造、热锻等加工方法,分析了金属注射成型工艺优势。在材料利用率方面,金属注射成型可达98%,比切削加工高约50%;在能耗方面,金属注射成型每加工1 kg重量零件需要消耗29 MJ能量,远低于切削加工的66 MJ;在设计自由度方面,金属注射成型可以像注塑成型一样,加工各种复杂结构零件,优于其他金属加工工艺;在加工精度方面,金属注射成型零件线性尺寸公差可控制在±0.05μm,粗糙度可达Ra0.8~1.6μm,优于精密铸造。并讲述了注射成型不锈钢制品在3C产品领域、汽车制造领域、医疗器械领域的应用,着重介绍了在电网二次插箱结构件中的应用。Under the background of"carbon peak,carbon neutral",green manufacturing should be promoted in the industrial field,and metal injection molding,as a near-net forming technology,has attracted much attention.The process of metal injection molding technology has been introduced,and the advantages of metal injection molding technology have been analyzed by comparing with traditional machining methods such as cutting,extrusion,precision casting and hot forging.In terms of material utilization,metal injection molding can reach 98%,about 50%higher than cutting;in terms of energy consumption,metal injection molding requires 29 MJ of energy per 1kg of parts,which is far lower than 66 MJ of cutting;in terms of design freedom,metal injection molding can process various complex structural parts like injection molding,which is superior to other metal processing processes;in terms of machining accuracy,the linear dimension tolerance of metal injection molding parts can be controlled within±0.05μm,and the roughness can reach Ra0.8~1.6μm,which is superior to precision casting.The application of injection molding stainless steel products in 3C product field,automobile manufacturing field and medical device field has been described,while the application in the secondary plug-in box structure of power grid has been emphatically introduced.
