摘  要:针对矿山企业运营成本控制问题,开展露天矿台阶爆破成本预测模型研究。以辽宁某露天矿3个采区为研究对象,矿山采区岩层单轴抗压强度在10~180 MPa时,对矿山每月爆破成本中各部分占比进行计算分析,计算矿山使用6种不同孔径(100、120、140、160、250、310 mm)的爆破成本,建立预测模型并应用于实际生产。结果表明,炸药成本与钻孔成本占爆破成本的81%;孔径大小与单位爆破成本呈负相关;预测成本与实际成本误差为9.3%,满足实际应用条件。爆破成本预测模型对提高矿山经济效益、降低矿山企业运营成本有借鉴意义。In view of the difficulty in controlling the operation cost of mining enterprises,the research on the prediction model of bench blasting cost in open-pit mine is carried out.Taking three mining areas of an open-pit mine in Liaoning province as the research object,the uniaxial compressive strength of rock strata in the blasting area is in the range of 10~180 MPa,through calculating and analyzing the proportion of each part of the monthly blasting cost,the blasting cost of six different diameter holes(100 mm,120 mm,140 mm,160 mm,250 mm,310 mm)is calculated,and the prediction model is established and applied to actual production.The results show that explosive and drilling cost accounts for 81%of the blasting cost,the bore hole diameter is negatively correlated with unit blasting cost,the error between the predicted cost and the actual cost is 9.3%,and the prediction model meets the practical application conditions.The prediction model can be used for reference to improve the mine economic benefit and reduce the operating cost of mining enterprises.
