摘 要:通气管航行状态下水下航行器的排气尾流是水下目标探测的重要热特征,寻求合适的仿真计算方法以揭示水下热排气尾流的浮升演化规律,对反潜技术的发展有着重要价值。本文以水下航行器缩比模型的热排气工况为研究对象,建立了热排气气液两相流动传热耦合模型,以基于VOF模型的来流法和重叠网格法作为数值计算方法,采用网格自适应技术实现计算优化,对比分析了各计算方法的精度差异,探究了热排气尾流的浮升演化特性。结果表明:重叠网格法更适合于水下航行器热排气尾流的两相流问题计算;网格自适应技术可提升气液界面的捕捉效果、有效提高计算精度;采用网格自适应技术的重叠网格法仿真的与实测的水面热尾迹均呈现细长的非连续的V字型扩散形态,两者的水面最大扰动温差分别为0.23 K和0.3 K,优化仿真结果与实测结果一致。The exhaust wake in snorkle navigation state is an important thermal feature for underwater target detection,it is of great value for developing the anti-submarine technology to seek a suitable numerical method to reveal the buoyancy evolution law of underwater thermal exhaust wake.In this paper,the scaled-down model of underwater vehicle is taken as research object,and a coupled model of thermal exhaust gas-liquid two-phase flow heat transfer is established based on the VOF model.The advantages and shortcomings of the flow-through method and the overset mesh method are analyzed and the mesh adaptive technology is used to optimize the calculation.The results show that the overset mesh method is more suitable for calculating the two-phase flow problems of the hot exhaust wake of underwater vehicles;the mesh adaptive technology can enhance the capture effect of the gas-liquid interface and effectively improve the calculation accuracy;the surface heat trails simulated by the overset mesh method using adaptive mesh technology and measured both show a slender discontinuous V-shaped diffusion pattern.The maximum disturbance temperature difference between the two surfaces is 0.23 K and 0.3 K,and the optimized simulation results are consistent with the measured results.
