摘 要:以二级铝矾土为主要原料,白云石、长石、铁矿石和软锰矿等为助烧结剂,研制高强度石油压裂支撑剂陶粒,用XRD和SEM分析样品的相组成和微观结构,主要研究了助烧结剂组成和坯料细度对样品组成、结构及性能的影响,研究结果表明:采用偏酸性的“铁矿石-软锰矿”复合助烧结剂,细度D50=3.673μm,能够明显促进二次莫来石反应的进行,陶粒在1390℃保温30 min完全烧结,快速冷却,能够得到符合SY/T5108-2014标准69 MPa级性能要求的陶粒产品。The high-strength oil fracturing proppant ceramsite is developed with second-grade bauxite as the main raw material and dolomite,feldspar,iron ore and pyrolusite as the sintering aid.The phase composition and microstructure of the sample are analyzed by XRD and SEM.The influence of the composition of the sintering aid and the fineness of the billet on the composition,structure and performance of the sample is mainly studied.The results show that the use of acidic“iron ore pyrolusite”composite sintering aid with a fineness of D50=3.673μm can significantly promote the secondary mullite reaction.The ceramsite is fully sintered at 1390℃for 30 minutes,and after rapid cooling,it can obtain ceramsite products that meet the 69 MPa performance requirements of SY/T5108-2014 standard.
