摘 要:为研究湖南攸县网岭古墓群出土的西汉时期陶器的组成结构和保存现状,利用超景深三维视频显微镜、X射线荧光光谱仪、热膨胀仪、扫描电镜-能谱仪、红外光谱仪,对陶器的胎体成分、烧制温度、表面涂层属性等进行了深入分析。结果表明:这批陶器胎体成分相近,为高铁易熔黏土;陶胎结构较为疏松,烧成温度范围为880~960℃;确定样品表面有锡层装饰,属于锡涂陶的范畴,同时红外光谱分析显示表面黑色物质中存在胶结材料。以上分析结果为研究西汉时期锡涂陶的成分组成、制作工艺及发展等提供了新的研究资料。In order to study the composition,structure and status of Western Han potteries excavated from Wangling tombs in Youxian County,Hunan Province,we used 3D optical microscopy with Ultra depth of field,energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence,thermal dilatometer,electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometry and fourier infrared spectrometer,to analyze the chemical composition of pottery body,firing temperatures and properties of surface coatings.The results show that the chemical composition of the pottery bodies is similar,which is made of high iron fusible clay.The body of potteries have relatively looser structures,and firing temperature ranging from 880℃to 960℃.A layer of tin,as a typical decoration technique was identified on the pottery surfaces.By applying FTIR analysis,the black substance on the surface of the pottery has a cementing material.This paper provides new data for future research on the composition,craftsmanship and development of the tin decorated pottery during the Western Han Period.
