摘  要:黄色釉是一种重要的釉,逐渐成为研究热点,有关它的新型制备方法经常被研发出来。为了探索黄色釉的制备工艺,本文以Cr_(2)O_(3)为显色剂,在低温煅烧条件下成功地获得黄色陶瓷釉,其烧成温度为950℃,通过XRD和紫外光谱法表征了铬绿转换成黄色陶瓷釉的过程。实验证实了Na_(3)PO_(4)能够降低黄色釉的烧结温度,并且Na_(3)PO_(4)的含量与黄色釉的色度密切相关。通过SEM图详细分析了煅烧前和煅烧后样品中颗粒之间粘结的情况。因此这些实验结果有助于新型黄色陶瓷釉的研制。Yellow glaze is one of important glazes and is increasingly becoming a research focus,the new methods for its preparation have often been reported.To explore the preparation process,yellow ceramic glaze has successfully been prepared by using Cr_(2)0_(3) as coloring agent in low temperature condition and its firing temperature was at 950℃.Transformation process of chrome green to yellow ceramic glaze was characterized by XRD and ultraviolet spectrogram methods.The experiment revealed that Na3PO4 can markedly decrease firing temperature of yellow ceramic glaze.Furthermore,the content of is closely related to chromaticity of yellow ceramic glaze.Bond situation between the particles in samples before and after calcination was characterized by SEM.Therefore,these research results will be helpful for preparation of newyellow ceramic glaze.
