摘　　要：根据航空机电产品品种多、工艺特征离散、批量小、生产过程复杂、工艺路线繁琐等难点,提出了矩阵式动态虚拟单元的概念,对矩阵式动态虚拟单元的管理特点与传统生产管理模式、精益单元管理模式进行了比较,最后简要介绍了某企业矩阵式动态虚拟单元的真实案例。According to the difficulties such as the variety of aviation electromechanical products, discrete process characteristics, small batch, complex production process, and cumbersome process routes, the concept of matrix dynamic virtual unit was proposed. The management characteristics of matrix dynamic virtual unit were compared with traditional production management mode and lean unit management mode. A real case of matrix dynamic virtual unit in an enterprise was introduced.
