摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调,科技是第一生产力、创新是第一动力,将科技创新提升为“全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑”的高度。国家外汇管理局(以下简称外汇局)深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在中共中央政治局第十八次集体学习时指出“要推动区块链和实体经济深度融合,解决中小企业贷款融资难、银行风控难、部门监管难等问题”的讲话精神.The State Administration of Foreign Exchange(SAFE)thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the 18th CollectiveStudy of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,upheld the philosophy of"foreign exchange forthe people",continuously explored foreign exchangetechnological innovations to facilitate cross-border tradeand investment,proactively improve the cross-border financial service platform with a view to better serve thereal economy and SMEs.
