摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间, 严重创伤患者救治受到了一定影响和冲击。2020年2月12日, 《新冠肺炎疫情期间严重创伤紧急手术及感染防护专家共识》在线发布, 为新型冠状病毒感染疫情暴发早期严重创伤的紧急救治和医护人员防护提供了有力指导。根据疫情发展, 国务院联防联控机制综合组将疾病名称由"新型冠状病毒肺炎"更名为"新型冠状病毒感染", 决定自2023年1月8日起将新型冠状病毒感染纳入乙类传染病管理。因此, 2020版专家共识不再适用于疫情防控新阶段的严重创伤紧急救治。为确保新阶段严重创伤救治的时效性和安全性, 由中华医学会创伤学分会、中国医师协会创伤外科医师分会、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会创伤医学分会和《中华创伤杂志》编辑委员会共同牵头, 制订《新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间严重创伤紧急手术及感染防护中国专家共识(2023版)》。本共识以国务院联防联控机制方案为政策依据, 基于循证医学证据并结合Delphi法专家咨询投票, 从相关定义、感染防护、紧急手术和术后管理4个方面提出16条推荐意见, 为疫情防控新阶段严重创伤救治提供参考。During coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic,the treatment of severe trauma has been impacted.The Consensus on emergency surgery and infection prevention and control for severe trauma patients with 2019 novel corona virus pneumonia was published online on February 12,2020,providing a strong guidance for the emergency treatment of severe trauma and the self‑protection of medical staffs in the early stage of the epidemic.With the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council renaming"novel coronavirus pneumonia"to"novel coronavirus infection"and the infection being managed with measures against class B infectious diseases since January 8,2023,the consensus published in 2020 is no longer applicable to the emergency treatment of severe trauma in the new stage of epidemic prevention and control.In this context,led by the Chinese Traumatology Association,Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association,Trauma Medicine Branch of Chinese International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care,and Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology,the Chinese expert consensus on emergency surgery for severe trauma and infection prevention during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic(version 2023)is formulated to ensure the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of severe trauma in the new stage.Based on the policy of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and by using evidence‑based medical evidence as well as Delphi expert consultation and voting,16 recommendations are put forward from the four aspects of the related definitions,infection prevention,preoperative assessment and preparation,emergency operation and postoperative management,hoping to provide a reference for severe trauma care in the new stage of the epidemic prevention and control.
