摘　　要：张士卿教授在诊治小儿咳嗽时,尤其重视时间医学的运用,即依据咳嗽发生时的昼夜节律变化,准确定位脏腑,立法选方。晨咳甚,加味保和丸主之;半夜咳,加味小柴胡汤主之,每获良效。附验案2则,以资验证。Professor ZHANG Shiqing pays special attention to the application of chronomedication in the diagnosis and treatment of children’s cough,that is,defining the reason behind the disease,determining the location of the disease,establishing the principal of treatment and choosing the prescription according to the circadian variation of cough.Modified Baohe Wan(保和丸)is used as the main prescription if the cough is severe in the morning,and modified Xiaochaihu Tang(小柴胡汤)for night.Good effect is achieved all the time.Two proven cases are attached for verification.
