从阴阳论小儿瘀热的防治

摘　　要：从阴阳角度防治瘀热,认为瘀热属阳,阴虚阳盛体质是病理基础。瘀热病邪有火热伤阴动血的特点,且阴虚阳盛体质更容易发生瘀热。临床根据瘀热的阶段并结合其不同的症状,瘀和热均会有不同程度的变化。初期以火热为主,故清热为要;后期以阴血亏耗为主,故养阴为重。且凉血散血贯穿治疗的始终。同时指出,小儿瘀热形成除与饮食、情志、体质等因素有关外,尚与屡次感邪以致邪伏血络有密切联系。故预防应围绕其生活起居、饮食、情志进行,并注意驱邪务尽。附案例1则,以资验证。For preventing and treating stasis heat, it is believed that stasis heat belongs to yang, therefore children with physique of yin deficiency and yang excess is the pathological basis from the perspective of yin and yang.The pathogenic factor of stasis heat is characterized by consumption of yin and blood, and children with physique of yin deficiency and yang excess are susceptible to stasis heat.In clinical treatment, according to the stage of heat stasis and its different symptoms, stasis and heat vary in degrees.Meanwhile, the treatment point is clearing heat in the early stage as heat is the main cause, while nourishing yin is important in later stage as the yin and blood in deficit because of consumption, and the treatment of cooling blood and dispersing blood runs through the whole process.At the same time, it is pointed out that the formation of children’s heat stasis is not only related to diet, emotion, physique and other factors, but also closely related to the pathogenic factors in superficial venules due to repeated infection.Therefore, prevention should be carried out around their daily life, diet, emotion, and attention should be paid on expelling pathogenic factors fully.One case is attached for verification.
