肖和印教授应用健儿助长膏治疗特发性身材矮小症经验

摘　　要：肖和印教授认为特发性身材矮小症病机主要为脾肾不足,兼肝失充和,少阳枢机不利。其中肾气不足为矮小之本,脾胃虚损为矮小之源,肝失充和、少阳枢机不利为矮小的重要原因。治以培补脾肾,兼养肝和血,调和少阳枢机,方予健儿助长膏。组方特点为微咸微温,以补肾;甘平扶脾,补后天以资先天;微辛微苦微酸,养肝和血,以调和少阳枢机而兼清养。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor XIAO Heyin holds that the pathogenesis of idiopathic short stature is mainly deficiency of spleen and kidney, combined with liver insufficiency and adverse effect of Shaoyang’s cardinal condition,among which deficiency of kidney qi is the root of short stature, deficiency of spleen and stomach is the source of short stature,and liver insufficiency and adverse effect of Shaoyang’s cardinal condition are the important causes of short stature.Therefore,the way of treatment is to cultivate the spleen and kidney of children,to nourish the liver and blood,and reconcile Shaoyang cardinal,and the prescription is Jian’er Zhuzhang Gao(健儿助长膏).The formula is characterized by brackish and lukewarm to tonify the kidney;sweetness and mildness helps the spleen,the purpose of nurture is to make up for the deficiency of nature;slight spicy, bitter and acid to nourish liver and blood,to reconcile Shaoyang cardinal and tonic as well.One case is attached for verification.
