润肠茶联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿功能性便秘食积内热证36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察润肠茶联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿功能性便秘(FC)食积内热证的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1—12月宜兴市中医医院儿科门诊就诊的72例FC食积内热证患儿,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组予润肠茶联合穴位敷贴治疗,对照组予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服,2组均治疗2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%(32/36),显著高于对照组的77.78%(28/36),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医主症、次症积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组上述积分较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论润肠茶联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿FC食积内热证疗效显著,可显著改善中医证候积分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moistening intestine tea combined with acupoint application in the treatment of functional constipation(FC)in children with internal heat due to food accumulation syndrome.Methods 72 cases of FC in children with internal heat due to food accumulation syndrome who were treated in the Pediatrics Department of Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group in a random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with moistening intestine tea combined with acupoint application,and the control group was given oral administration of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets.We kept statistics about the efficacy after the 2 groups were both continuously treated for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.89%(32/36),which was significantly higher than 77.78%(28/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significantly between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in scores of TCM main and secondary symptoms between the 2 groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the above-mentioned TCM symptoms scores significantly decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant than those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moistening intestine tea combined with acupoint application has significant effect on the treatment of FC in children with internal heat due to food accumulation syndrome,and can improve patients’TCM syndrome scores significantly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
