摘　　要：预取向丝(POY)卷装成型情况,不仅会影响产品的外观、生产、包装,还会影响后道的加弹退绕。成型好的卷装,表面平整,加弹退绕顺滑。从卷绕张力、卷绕角、接触压力、卷绕机机型等,探讨了卷装成型不良的因素,不良因素被调整后,在TMT机型上生产的POY丝饼的卷装成型得到改善。该工艺调整措施操作性强,对同行具有一定的参考意义。The forming of the pre-oriented yarn(POY)package will not only affect the appearance,production and packaging of the product,but also affect the downstream texturing and unwinding.The good formed package has a flat surface,and the texturing and unwinding is smooth.The factors of poor package forming are discussed from the aspects of winding tension,winding angle,contact pressure and winding machine type.After the adverse factors are adjusted,the POY cake package forming produced on TMT models is improved.The process adjustment measure is operable and has certain reference significance to the peer.
