摘 要:汽车吸能盒是汽车安全防护的重要组成部分,防撞梁的吸能盒在汽车撞击中起着缓冲吸能的关键作用。由于纺织复合材料制成的吸能盒具有质轻、吸能大、缓冲性能好的诸多优点,成为现今吸能盒的发展方向。为促进纺织复合材料在汽车吸能盒中的应用,对复合材料吸能盒的材料、结构设计的研究进展进行综述,指出复合材料吸能盒的制备中所遇到的问题,并对其发展提出了建议。The energy-absorbing box is an important part of car safety protection,and the energy-absorbing box of the crash beam plays a key role in automobile cushioning and absorbing energy during a collision.Due to the light weight,high energy absorption,and good cushioning performance,the energy-absorbing box made of textile composite materials has become the current development trend of energy-absorbing boxes.The research progress of materials and structural design of the composite energy-absorbing boxes are reviewed in order to promote the use of textile composite materials in automobile energy-absorbing boxes.The problems encountered in the preparation of composite energy-absorbing boxes are pointed out,and some suggestions for its development are put forward.
