摘 要:沿海地区路基工程用混凝土容易受到氯离子侵蚀的影响,降低混凝土结构的耐久性能和适用寿命。因此,以混凝土的电通量、氯离子迁移系数以及抗压强度为评价指标,开展了聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对路基工程用混凝土抗氯盐性能影响的研究。试验结果表明:PVA纤维的掺入能够有效降低混凝土试件的电通量和氯离子迁移系数,并能有效提高混凝土试件的抗压强度值;随着不同长度PVA纤维掺量的不断增大,混凝土试件的电通量和氯离子迁移系数均逐渐降低,抗压强度则呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,当PVA纤维的掺量为1.5 kg/cm^(3)时,混凝土试件的抗压强度值可以达到最大,说明PVA纤维的掺入能够有效提高混凝土试件抗氯盐侵蚀性能;另外,12 mm PVA纤维的效果明显优于8 mm PVA纤维的。研究结果认为PVA纤维的掺入能够增强路基工程用混凝土在氯离子环境下的抗侵蚀能力,有效延长混凝土结构的使用寿命。The concrete used in subgrade engineering in coastal areas is vulnerable to chloride ion erosion,which reduces the durability and service life of concrete structures.Therefore,taking the electric flux,chloride ion migration coefficient and compressive strength of concrete as evaluation indexes,the influence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber on the chloride salt resistance of concrete for subgrade engineering is studied.The experimental results show that the addition of PVA fiber can effectively reduce the electric flux and chloride ion migration coefficient of concrete specimens,and can effectively improve the compressive strength of concrete specimens.With the continuous increase of the amount of PVA fiber in different lengths,the electric flux and chloride ion migration coefficient of concrete specimens gradually decrease,and the compressive strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the amount of PVA fiber is 1.5 kg/cm^(3),the compressive strength of concrete specimens can reach the maximum,indicating that the addition of PVA fiber can effectively improve the chloride corrosion resistance of concrete specimens.In addition,the effect of 12 mm PVA fiber is significantly better than that of 8 mm PVA fiber.The results show that the addition of PVA fiber can improve the corrosion resistance of concrete for subgrade engineering in chloride environment and effectively prolong the service life of concrete structure.
