摘 要:以某小区的建筑为研究对象,考虑动态变化的室外温度和太阳辐射对建筑热负荷的影响,分别选取潍坊与哈尔滨的气象条件进行模拟计算,利用能耗模拟软件DeST计算建筑运行热负荷,与一维稳态方法的计算结果进行比较。结果显示:与基于室外日平均温度的气候补偿模型相比,考虑室外逐时温度变化的气候补偿模型中,单个用户供暖季累积热负荷指标降低约1%~6%;考虑太阳辐射的气候补偿模型中,供暖季累积热负荷指标进一步降低,为气候补偿模型的完善提供参考。Taking the building of a residential area as the research object, considering the influence of dynamically changing outdoor temperature and solar radiation on the heat load of the building, the meteorological conditions of Weifang and Harbin were selected for simulation calculation, and the energy consumption simulation software DeST was used to calculate the heat load of building operation, and the calculation results of the one-dimensional steady-state method were compared. The results show that compared with the climate compensation model based on outdoor daily average temperature, the cumulative heat load index of a single user in the heating season is reduced by about 1%~6% in the climate compensation model considering the outdoor hourly temperature change. In the climate compensation model considering solar radiation, the cumulative heat load index in the heating season is further reduced, which provides a reference for the improvement of the climate compensation model.
