装备制造业智能化水平测度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：装备制造业智能化是推进装备制造业由“大”转“强”的主攻方向。基于2011—2020年面板数据,从智能化基础、智能化过程和智能化效果等三个维度构建装备制造业智能化水平测度指标体系,以熵值法和Tobit模型,对其测度和影响因素实证分析。结果显示:一是中国东部沿海地区的装备制造业智能化发展水平明显要优于中部和西部地区;二是黑龙江省装备制造业智能化水平总体保持平稳增长态势,但智能化水平不高,同其他省市排名相比,黑龙江省装备制造业智能化水平排名位置靠后;三是地区发展程度和外商投资程度对提高黑龙江省装备制造业智能化水平都起到正向推动作用,并且地区发展程度的影响高于政府支持力度、外商投资程度和地区创新发展程度。Intelligent equipment manufacturing industry is the main direction to promote the equipment manufacturing industry from "big" to "strong".Based on the panel data from 2011 to 2020,we construct the index system for measuring the intelligence level of equipment manufacturing industry from three dimensions,such as intelligent foundation,intelligent process and intelligent effect,and analyze its measurement and influence factors empirically by entropy value method and Tobit model.The results show that:first,the level of intelligent development of equipment manufacturing industry in the eastern coastal region of China is obviously better than that in the central and western regions;second,the level of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province maintains a stable growth trend in general,but the level of intelligence is not high,and compared with the ranking of other provinces and cities,the level of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province is ranked at the back;third,the degree of regional development and the degree of foreign investment play a positive role in improving the level of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.Third,the degree of regional development and the degree of foreign investment play a positive role in improving the intelligence level of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province,and the influence of the degree of regional development is higher than that of government support,the degree of foreign investment and the degree of regional innovation development.
