互联网+复印服务在医院病案复印管理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析互联网+复印服务在医院病案复印管理中的应用效果,评价其优势和应用价值。方法以2020年3月我院实施互联网+复印服务进行病案复印管理为分界线,将2019年3月1日-2020年2月29日期间医院实施常规病案复印管理设为管理前,将2020年3月1日-2021年2月28日期间实施互联网+复印服务进行病案复印管理设为管理后,管理前后病案室工作人员未做调整,管理前及管理后各随机选取1100份出院病案,入组病案共计2200份,对比管理前及管理后两组病案信息审核和复印效率、复印质量、患者时间和交通成本以及患者满意度。结果 管理后组病案信息审核和复印效率均明显提高,复印正确率达到100%,显著高于管理前组(P<0.05);患者复印病案的时间和交通成本大大降低,患者满意度评分9.67±2.52分,显著高于管理前组(P<0.05);管理后组复印收费和财务统计效率均明显提高。结论 采用互联网+复印服务进行医院病案复印管理有助于提高病案信息审核和复印效率,减少复印错误率,减少时间和交通成本,提高患者满意度,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the application effect of internet plus copying service in the hospital medical record copying management, evaluate its advantages and application value. Methods From March 2020,two-dimensional code technology was introduced for medical record copying management in our hospital, without changes in the copying staff. We compared the efficiency and quality of medical record copying, time and travel expense, patient satisfaction between the former group without and the latter group with internet plus copying technology. Results The efficiency and quality of internet plus copying service was significantly improve in the latter group, and the rate of correct copying was significantly lower than the former group(P<0.05). The mean time and travel expense were significantly decrease in the latter group,and the patient satisfaction in the latter group was significantly higher than the former group(P<0.05). The photocopy charge and financial statistics efficiency of the latter group were significantly improved. Conclusions Internet plus copying service improved the copying efficiency and quality, reduced the time and travel expense, and improved patient satisfaction, which should be recommended.
