国医大师徐景藩从肝脾肾论治胆囊切除术后腹泻经验

摘　　要：国医大师徐景藩教授对胆囊切除术后腹泻的诊治有独到经验。徐老认为,本病主要病机责之于肝疏泄失司,脾失运化、肾精不足亦是疾病的重要病机,治疗上应从肝脾肾论治,并针对肝疏泄太过,拟“胆泄汤”敛肝止泻。这些经验应用于临床疗效显著,值得我们进一步思考和学习。本文总结分享,并附典型病案1则以佐证。Professor Xu Jingfan,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master,has unique experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea after cholecystectomy.Master Xu believes that the main pathogenesis of the disease is liver failing to govern free flow of qi,and dysfunction of spleen in transportation and transformation and kidney essence insufficiency are also the vital pathogenesis.In addition,the disease should be treated based on liver,spleen and kidney,and for the excessive governing of liver qi,Danxie Decoction is proposed to astringe liver and stop diarrhea.These experience has achieved remarkable clinical curative effect,which is worthy of further thinking and learning.This paper made a summary and provided one typical medical record.
