透穴刺法联合川芎茶调散对三叉神经痛风寒袭表证患者疼痛及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的观察透穴刺法联合川芎茶调散对三叉神经痛风寒袭表证患者疼痛及睡眠的影响。方法选取90例原发型三叉神经痛风寒袭表证患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组服用加巴喷丁胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上应用透穴刺法联合川芎茶调散治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗10天及20天后比较两组简化McGill疼痛问卷-2(SF-MPQ-2)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分;于2个疗程结束后,对比两组患者炎性因子及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后SF-MPQ-2及PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且与对照组同期相比,观察组较对照组有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);2个疗程结束后,两组患者炎性因子指标均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透穴刺法联合川芎茶调散可调节三叉神经痛风寒袭表证患者的炎性反应,在改善疼痛及睡眠方面疗效显著,优于单纯使用加巴喷丁胶囊。Objective To explore the effect of penetration acupuncture combined with Chuanxiong Chatiao San on pain and sleep of patients with trigeminal neuralgia(exterior wind-cold syndrome).Methods Ninety cases of trigeminal neuralgia(exterior wind-cold syndrome)were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given gabapentin capsules.The treatment group was treated with penetration acupuncture combined with Chuanxiong Chatiao San on the basis of the control group.The scores of Chinese version of Shortform McGill Pain Questionnaire-2(SF-MPQ-2)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups were compared before treatment,treatment for 10 d,and 20 d.After 2 completion of treatment course,the clinical effects and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The SF-MPQ-2 and PSQI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.05 and P<0.01).After 2 completion of treatment course,inflammatory factor indexes of two groups were lower than before treatment.The inflammatory factor indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Penetration acupuncture combined with Chuanxiong Chatiao San can regulate the inflammatory response of patients with trigeminal neuralgia(exterior wind-cold syndrome),which has a significant effect on improving pain and sleep,and the effect is superior to that of using gabapentin capsules alone.
