摘　　要：原发性肝癌(PLC)是世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一。肿瘤微环境是肿瘤细胞生长提供物质基础。中医学认为脾虚血瘀是肝癌发生的核心病机。临床应用健脾化瘀法可针对“种子”祛除实邪,改善不利的“土壤”,遏制肿瘤细胞定植和生长。本文探讨脾虚血瘀内环境对肝癌微环境产生的影响,以及健脾化瘀法对肝癌肿瘤微环境的调控,为中医药防治肝癌提供新的思路。Primary liver cancer(PLC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.Tumor microenvironment is the material basis for tumor cell growth.TCM takes syndrome differentiation and treatment as the pioneer.Syndrome differentiation is the TCM cognitive method of tumor microenvironment,and treatment is the TCM intervention method of microenvironment.It is similar to the theory of“seed and soil”in modern medicine.TCM believes that spleen deficiency and blood stasis is the core pathogenesis of liver cancer.The clinical application of spleen strengthening and blood stasis removing method can eliminate the real evil according to the“seed”,improve the unfavorable“soil”,and inhibit the colonization and growth of tumor cells.The influence of the internal environment of spleen deficiency and blood stasis on the microenvironment of liver cancer,and the method of invigorating the spleen and removing blood stasis on regulating the microenvironment of liver cancer were discussed,providing a new idea for TCM to prevent and treat liver cancer.
