摘　　要：通过整理近年来针灸改善老年性认知障碍的相关实验研究文献,阐述针灸调节β淀粉样蛋白沉积、中枢神经递质的释放、线粒体自噬、氧化应激反应、突触可塑性和抑制神经炎症等改善老年性认知障碍的作用机制。旨在对其实验研究进展进行归纳和总结,从而为目前针灸改善老年性认知障碍提供更加充分的实验依据。To review the relevant experimental studies of acupuncture and moxibustion on the improvement of senile cognitive impairment in recent years,and discuss the mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion on the regulation ofβamyloid deposition,central neurotransmitter release,mitochondrial autophagy,oxidative stress response,synaptic plasticity and inhibition of neuroinflammation in the improvement of senile cognitive impairment,aiming to summarize the experimental research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion so as to provide a more adequate experimental basis for the improvement of senile cognitive impairment.
