摘　　要：阐述人为因素对飞行安全起着重要的作用,当驾驶舱中出现非预期事件时,飞行员容易产生惊奇或惊吓反应。探讨惊奇和惊吓的概念,基于驾驶舱惊奇和惊吓的概念模型,综述近年来关于驾驶舱惊奇与惊吓的实验和干预措施的研究。This paper expounds that human factors play an important role in flight safety. When unexpected events occur in the cockpit, pilots are prone to surprise or startle reactions. It discusses the concept of surprise and fright, based on the conceptual model of surprise and fright in the cockpit,and summarizes the research on the experiment and intervention measures of surprise and fright in the cockpit in recent years.
