摘　　要：阐述以物联网和大数据作为信息、设备和其他因素的融合,协调和优化信息资产的全生命周期管理,实现各个环节的协同、控制运营风险,从而实现企业管理的全局化、最优化目标。This paper expounds the integration of information, equipment and other factors with the Internet of Things and big data, coordinates and optimizes the whole life cycle management of information assets, realizes the coordination of all links, and controls operational risks, so as to achieve the overall and optimal objectives of enterprise management.
