摘  要:阐述基于多机器人的汽车离合器装配入库生产线中,装配盖工作站的Smart组件和机器人系统设计,多个零部件组装动态仿真的构建过程,探讨生产线虚拟仿真综合调试和优化。结果表明,该设计能够合理规划配置各工作站,连续生产的可靠性和效率达到了预期目的,为汽车离合器装配入库生产线升级改造的实施提供依据和仿真平台。This paper describes the design of Smart components and robot system of the assembly cover workstation, the construction process of dynamic simulation of the assembly of multiple parts, and discusses the integrated debugging and optimization of the virtual simulation of the production line. The results show that the design can reasonably plan and configure each workstation, and the reliability and efficiency of continuous production achieve the expected purpose, providing the basis and simulation platform for the implementation of the upgrading of the automobile clutch assembly and warehousing production line.
