摘　　要：阐述电力光缆线路与配电线路管理的措施,专业化管理的目标、专业管理要求、完善的管理规范、专业管理方法,包括确定工程原则、全过程严格控制、采用先进的技术形式,提高工程适应性。This paper describes the measures for the management of power optical cable lines and distribution lines, the objectives of professional management, professional management requirements,perfect management specifications, and professional management methods, including the determination of engineering principles, strict control of the whole process, the adoption of advanced technical forms,and the improvement of engineering adaptability.
