摘 要:阐述了高强度无取向硅钢的性能要求及影响因素。通过理论分析、强化机理分析以及化学元素影响规律分析,根据近几年高强度无取向硅钢生产工艺研究成果,总结提高磁感、降低铁损以及提升一定力学性能的有效方式。结合实际工艺步骤,主要详细分析了热轧中各个参数,分析各工艺影响规律和设定工艺参数依据。针对无取向硅钢发展现状以及存在问题,提出开发新工艺的研究思路。The performance requirements and influencing factors of high-strength non-oriented silicon steel were described. Through theoretical analysis, strengthening mechanism analysis and analysis of influence law of chemical elements,according to the research results of high-strength non-oriented silicon steel production process in recent years, the effective ways to improve magnetic induction and reduce iron loss and improve mechanical properties were summarized. Combined with the actual process steps, the parameters in hot rolling were analyzed in detail, the influence law of each process and the basis of setting process parameters were analyzed. Aiming at the development status and existing problems of non-oriented silicon steel, the research idea of developing new technology was put forward.
