摘  要:制备了添加不同含量稀土元素Er的Al-40Cu合金样品,采用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD、DSC研究Er元素对过共晶Al-40Cu合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,通过在Al-40Cu合金中添加Er能有效细化初生Al_(2)Cu相。在Al-40Cu合金中加入0.7wt%的Er元素,初生Al_(2)Cu相的体积分数显著减少,形貌由粗大的针片状细化为不规则粒状。但在Al-40Cu合金中加入1.5%的Er元素时,与不添加Er元素的Al-40Cu相比,初生Al_(2)Cu相尺寸未产生明显变化,形貌由针片状转变为块状,同时生成大量的Al_(8)Cu_(4)Er相。该相的析出温度约730℃,在初生相Al_(2)Cu析出之前形成,并在后续凝固过程中发生包共晶转变,依托Al_(8)Cu_(4)Er相形成了更多共晶组织,使得共晶组织的体积分数增加。The samples of Al-40Cu alloys with the different contents of rare earth element Er were prepared.The influence of Er on as-cast microstructure of hypereutectic Al-40Cu alloy was investigated by OM,SEM,EDS,XRD,DSC.The results show that the Al_(2)Cu primary phase in the Al-40Cu alloy can be refined effectively by adding Er.When the addition of Er element is 0.7 wt% in Al-40Cu alloy,the volume fraction of Al_(2)Cu primary phase is obviously reduced,and the morphology is refined from thick needle flake to irregular granular.When 1.5%Er element is added to the Al-40Cu alloy,the Al_(2)Cu primary phase changes from needle sheet to block without obvious change in size,compared with that of Al-40Cu alloy.At the same time,a large amount of Al_(8)Cu_(4)Er phases are generated.The precipitation temperature of the phase is about 730℃,which is formed before precipitation of the primary phase Al_(2)Cu.The Al_(8)Cu_(4)Er phase participates,and the peritectic-eutectic transformation occurs during the following solidification process and more eutectic is formed based on Al_(8)Cu_(4)Er phase,which increases the volume fraction of the eutectic.
