摘 要:为了提高铝基体的耐磨性,采用无针搅拌摩擦钎焊(friction stir brazing)工艺以Zn箔为钎料,在1060Al板上制备了一层3 mm厚的SiC_(p)/ZL101复合板(MMC)。同时,对比了分别以1060Al、SiC_(p)/ZL101材料为上板时接头的力学性能及微观组织。结果表明,当1060纯铝为上板时,在中心区域钎缝上界面的扩散影响区有连续的孔洞缺陷,这是由于Zn钎料在未对母材润湿前被挤走造成的,该接头剪切强度较低,仅为30.23 MPa;当SiC_(p)/ZL101为上板时,复合板受直接摩擦扭转作用,可有效去除其界面氧化膜,界面结合良好,提高了接头的剪切强度,达到59.80 MPa。In order to improve the wear resistance of aluminum matrix, a layer of 3mm thick SiC_(p)/ZL101 composite sheet(MMC) was welded on 1060Al plate by friction stir brazing process with Zn foil as filler metal. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the joints with 1060Al and SiC_(p)/ZL101 as upper plate respectvrely were compared. The results show that when 1060 pure aluminum is used as upper plate, there are continuous hole defects in the upper interface diffusion affected area of brazed joint in the central area, this is due to the extrusion of Zn solder before wetting the base metal, and the shear strength of the welded joint is lower, which is 30.23 MPa. When the SiC_(p)/ZL101 is the upper sheet, the composite sheet is directly subjected to friction and torsion, its interfacial oxide film is effectively removed and the interface bonding is good, and the shear strength of the joint is increased to 59.80 MPa.
