激光熔覆XF-G01粉末制备300M钢连接试板的组织与性能研究

摘  要:采用激光熔覆XF-G01粉末制备了填充X型坡口的300M钢连接试板,使用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪观察与测定了连接试板截面的组织、显微硬度、微区化学成分,并对比分析了连接试板与300M钢母材的力学性能。结果表明:连接试板截面靠近基体的熔覆层为快冷胞状晶组织,基体为板条马氏体及少量贝氏体组织。熔覆层区域显微硬度约400 HV,但靠近基体的宽约0.3 mm的熔覆层区域出现了明显的成分梯度,导致其显微硬度增加至595 HV。热影响区宽度约0.2 mm,硬度约695 HV,母材区域显微硬度约705 HV。在熔覆层与基体界面位置由于成分梯度的存在,熔覆层与基体材料的力学性能能较好地匹配,使连接试板有较好的强度、韧性匹配。连接试板平均抗拉强度为1600 MPa,平均冲击韧性达到81 J/cm^(2),平均疲劳循环周次达到42 904,除抗拉强度略低于300M钢试样外,冲击韧性与疲劳性能均有所提高。The 300M steel test plate was prepared by using laser-cladding XF-G01 powders in X groove. The microstructure, microhardness and the micro-regional chemical composition were further examined by means of optical microscopy, micro-hardness tester, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction spectrometry(EDS). Moreover, the mechanical properties of the test plate and the 300M steel were also compared and investigated. The results show that the cladding layer of the test plate near the matrix exhibits a fast-cooling cellular microstructure, while the microstructure of the parent metal is composed of lath martensite and a trace of bainite. The average microhardness of the cladding layer is about 400 HV, while the microhardness of the cladding layer which is 0.3 mm near the matrix significantly increases to 595 HV due to obvious composition gradient. Meanwhile, the width of heat-affected zone is about 0.2 mm with the microhardness of 695HV. The microhardness of the parental metal is about 705 HV. Because of the composition gradient at the interface position between the cladding layer and the matrix, the mechanical properties of the cladding layer and the matrix material can match well which makes the test plate have better strength and toughness matching. The average ultimate tensile strength of the test plate is 1600 MPa, the average impact toughness is 81 J/cm^(2) and the average fatigue cycle is 42904. Both the toughness and fatigue property of the laser-cladding test plate is superior than those of the 300M steel except for the relatively lower ultimate tensile strength.
