摘 要:通过调整控轧控冷工艺参数得到不同马氏体体积分数和不同强度级别的热轧高强钢。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子拉伸试验机、布氏硬度计以及湿式橡胶轮试验机等,研究了马氏体体积分数对材料力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,当马氏体体积分数每增加10%时,材料屈服强度增加93.19MPa,抗拉强度增加101.10MPa,屈强比增加0.02,表面布氏硬度增加26.59HBW,伸长率减少1.70%;材料耐磨性能与马氏体体积分数呈正相关关系,马氏体体积分数每增加10%,材料耐磨性能平均提高6.27%。The hot rolled high strength steel with different martensite volume fraction and different strength grade was obtained by adjusting the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process parameters. The effects of martensite volume fraction on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of materials were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, electronic tensile tester, Brinell hardness tester and wet rubber rimmed wheel tester. The results show that when the volume fraction of martensite increases by 10%, the yield strength of the material increases by 93.19 MPa, the tensile strength i ncreases by 101.10 MPa, the yield strength ratio increases by 0.02, the surface Brinell hardness increases by 26.59 HBW, while the elongation decreases by 1.70%. The wear resistance of the material is positively correlated with the martensite volume fraction,and the average wear resistance of the material is increased by 6.27% for every 10% increase of martensite volume fraction.
