摘 要:采用不同浇注温度制备了汽车零部件用ADC12-0.25Ti铝合金,并进行了试样显微组织、流动性和抗热裂性的测试与分析。结果表明:随浇注温度从690℃逐步提高到750℃,合金显微组织先基本不变后急剧粗化,流动性逐渐提高,抗热裂性先提高后下降。当浇注温度为690℃时,铝液流程长度最短;当浇注温度为750℃时,铝液流程长度最长,较690℃浇注时增大71 mm。当浇注温度为720℃时,试样裂纹长度最短,较690℃浇注时减小2.9 mm;当浇注温度为750℃时,试样裂纹长度最长,较690℃浇注时增大3.4 mm。ADC12-0.25Ti aluminum alloy for automotive parts was prepared by different pouring temperatures, and the microstructure, fluidity and thermal cracking resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature from 690 ℃ to 750℃, the microstructure of the alloy keeps unchanged at first and then coarsens rapidly, the fluidity increases gradually, and the hot cracking resistance increases first and then decreases. When the pouring temperature is 690 ℃, the flow length of the molten aluminum is the shortest;when the pouring temperature is 750 ℃,the flow length of the molten aluminum is the longest, which is 71 mm larger than that at 690 ℃. When the pouring temperature is 720 ℃, the crack length of the sample is the shortest, which decreases by 2.9 mm compared with that of pouring temperature at 690 ℃;when the pouring temperature is 750 ℃, the crack length of the sample is the longest, which increases by 3.4 mm compared with that of pouring temperature at 690℃.
