摘  要:通过有限元软件对水平双辊铸轧AZ31镁合金过程进行仿真,研究铸轧速度对凝固焊合线特征的影响。结果表明铸轧速度对凝固焊合线位置和形状有决定性的影响。随着铸轧速度提高,凝固焊合线沿铸轧方向朝出口偏移的同时铸轧板边部应力显著降低,有效缓解了镁合金铸轧边裂。The horizontal twin roll casting-rolling process of AZ31 magnesium alloy was simulated by finite element software. The effect of casting-rolling speed on the solidification welding line characteristics was studied. The results show that the casting-rolling speed has a decisive influence on the position and shape of the solidification welding line. With the increase of casting-rolling speed, the solidification welding line moves towards the exit along the casting-rolling direction,while the edge stress of the casting-rolling plate decreases significantly, which effectively alleviates the edge crack of magnesium alloy casting-rolling.
