摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)感染疫情的暴发给人们的生活及社会发展带来了巨大的危害。尽管现阶段新冠病毒感染以轻型患者多见,但考虑到危重型患者具有病情重、进展快、病死率高的特点,因此对此部分患者的治疗是临床关注的重点。以"细胞因子风暴"为特征的免疫失衡是导致危重型患者出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)或肺外多器官衰竭甚至死亡的重要原因。通过免疫抑制剂干预危重型新冠病毒感染患者出现的"细胞因子风暴"是现阶段研究的热点之一。本文拟对免疫抑制剂在危重型新冠病毒感染患者中的应用进行简要综述,以期对后续危重型新冠病毒感染患者的治疗提供思路。The outbreak of novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)infection has brought great harm to people's life and social development.Although SARS-CoV-2 infection is more common in mild patients at present,considering the characteristics of crtical disease,rapid progress and high mortality,the treatment of critical patients are the focus of clinical attention.Immune imbalance which is characterized by cytokine storm plays a vital role in SARS-CoV-2 induced acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),extrapulmonary multiple organ failure and even death.Therefore,the application of immunosuppressive agent in crtical coronavirus disease patients has a promising prospect.In this paper,different immunosuppressive agents and their application in crtical SARS-CoV-2 infection are reviewed,so as to provide reference for crtical coronavirus disease therapy.
