附子理中汤加减对母猪生产性能及血液理化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究附子理中汤加减复方中药制剂对能繁母猪生产性能及血液理化指标的影响。选取96头有繁殖障碍史的“长×大”二元杂母猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪。试验A组、B组、C组分别在基础日粮中添加3%、2%、1%的附子理中汤加减复方中药制剂,D组(对照组)在基础日粮中添加0.5%抗生素。试验期150 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,B组母猪的平均产仔数显著升高(P<0.05);3个中药组平均活仔数显著升高(P<0.05),仔猪出生均重、仔猪平均日增重极显著升高(P<0.01),平均木乃伊胎数、仔猪腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05)。用药前,除单核细胞计数(MONO)、中性粒细胞(GRAN)外,其他各项血液指标均异常。用药后,各组猪的血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)均恢复正常值;3个中药组猪的白细胞计数(WBC)均恢复正常值,对照组母猪仍处于异常;A组和B组猪的红细胞计数(RBC)均恢复正常值,C组和对照组处于异常;A组猪平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCHC)恢复正常值,对照组仍处于异常。用药前,除血清白蛋白(ALB)、白球比(A/G)、尿素(UREA)外,各组猪其他血液生化指标处于异常范围。用药后,3个试验组母猪血液谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、葡萄糖(GLU)均恢复正常值,对照组仍处于异常水平。研究表明,试验所用复方中药制剂可有效提高母猪产仔数、活仔数,降低死胎数和木乃伊胎数,提高仔猪初生均重、均匀度、平均日增重,降低仔猪腹泻率,结合成本等综合分析评价,复方中药制剂推荐添加量为2%。The experiment was to study the effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction plus or minus compound Chinese medicine preparation on production performance and blood physical and chemical indexes of fertile sows.A total of 96'Landrace×Large'binary hybrid sows with reproductive disorders were selected,and randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate.Pigs in group A,group B and group C were fed with 3%,2%and 1%Fuzi Lizhong decoction plus or minus compound Chinese medicine preparation in basic diet,and pigs in group D(control group)pigs were fed with 0.5%antibiotic in basic diet.The test period was 150 d.The results showed that the average litter size of group B was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The average number of live piglets in three Chinese medicine groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the average birth weight and daily weight gain of piglets were extremely increased(P<0.01),and the average number of mummified fetuses and the diarrhea rate of piglets were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Before medication,all other blood indexes except MONO and GRAN were abnormal.After medication,the HGB and HCT of pigs in each group returned to normal values.The WBC of pigs in three traditional Chinese medicine groups returned to the normal value,while control group was still abnormal.The RBC of pigs in group A and group B returned to normal values,while those in group C and control group were abnormal.The MCHC of pigs in group A returned to normal,while the control group was still abnormal.Before medication,except serum ALB,A/G and UREA,other blood biochemical indexes of pigs in each group were in abnormal range.After medication,the blood ALT and GLU of pigs in three test groups returned to normal values,while control group remained at abnormal levels.The study indicates that the compound Chinese medicine preparation can effectively increase the number of sows born and live,reduce the number of dead and mummified fetuses,increase the average birth wei
